This program is designed for the athlete who wants to improve his or her skills and efficiency in a given discipline. All programs provide a comprehensive analysis of current skill/efficiency levels and an improvement program.
Swim
The swim program includes flexibility testing, videotaping, analysis of current stroke, instruction on drills to improve stroke, and most-efficient stroke count analysis.
Approximately 1 to 1 1/2 hours
Cost: $75
Note: The $75.00 includes 1 1/2 hours of travel time. Excess travel time will be charged on an as-agreed-upon basis.
Location: Your location, provided you have a pool that allows outside coaching. Client pays visitor fees. If your location pool is not available, then I use the Fontana Aquatic Center.
Bike
The bike program offers two programs: On-bike skills improvement and performance evaluation.
On-Bike Skills Improvement
This program is designed to assist the athlete in becoming more comfortable and efficient on the bike. Some of the various skills that I teach are effective gearing, shifting, aerobar riding, obstacle avoidance, etc.

Performance Evaluation
This is the ultimate program for the self-coached athlete. This program is designed to give the competitive cyclist a complete evaluation of current levels of their functional threshold power/heart rate, pedaling efficiency, and their Power Profile. These tests are conducted using Racermate’s SpinScan software, your bike, and a 20-min time trial format.
Once this program is completed, the athlete receives the results of the various tests, training zones for both power and heart rate, and recommendations for improvement.

The run program includes flexibility testing, videotaping, analysis of current run, instruction on drills to improve run, and most-efficient foot strike analysis.
