All programs are based on your goals, equipment you currently have access to, and the time you have to devote to achieving these goals. Mike creates comprehensive customized programs using the latest coaching techniques, including periodization, to maximize your potential. In addition, he offers special one-on-one programs for the active person who want to improve his or her overall skills or work on a specific skill. This includes general body fitness, swimming, biking, and running.
